• To dispute charges through the arbitration process
• To receive prompt claim settlement (within 120 days)

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your shipment
• Be available during pickup and delivery windows
• Inspect your belongings at delivery and note any damage
• Pay charges as agreed upon in your contract with Movers Of Sacramento
• File claims promptly if you discover loss or damage

Filing a Claim

To file a claim for loss or damage with Movers Of Sacramento, submit a written description of the issue along with your booking number to islam1karimov@gmail.com or call 3234357777. Claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery for interstate moves.Movers Of Sacramento will acknowledge your claim within 30 days and resolve it within 120 days.
